To obtain a performance license, you must first submit an application in the form of an e-mail, (Christmas Carol Musical Application) providing the following information:
Name and Address of Producing Organization Phone and E-mail Name of Show Dates of Desired Performance(s) Number of Performances Name of Theatre/Auditorium
Should you decide before your performance dates to cancel the production (for whatever reason), your payment will be returned to you minus $25.00 in processing fees with a signed letter on your company’s letterhead that all e-mail materials (this also includes any materials e-mailed to your cast, orchestra and crew) of your rented production have been destroyed and deleted.
If the terms of the agreement are acceptable to your organization, sign the license and return it to MTA Publishing with payment (Either by Paypal, money order or check (personal checks are not accepted) Once MTA Publishing has received your signed contract and the appropriate fees, materials are immediately shipped by e-mail (CD tracks can also be shipped by snail mail as MP3 files.)
Remember, an MTA Publishing license is only valid for the signed dates of your performance.
